"Swear everytime I order from this restaurant my pizza ends up looking like it got tossed through a tornado. I also ask for it to be well done and it NEVER is (actually most of the time it’s UNDER cooked and doughy). Sucks because papa John’s has good pizza but this store has issues."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would! They brought me my food and the girl forgot my drinks so we had to wait until the girl came back to even eat so I called the manager and asked for a refund because it took her 15 minutes to come back and by that time my food was cold. He specifically told me I could get a refund! My wife and I called several times and they declined my calls so we went down there and he refused to give us a refund and said all he could give us was $5 out of $27.50!!! Worst place to ever deliver food. This ain't the first time it has happened!!"

"Ordered a specialty Hawaiian pizza. I got home and it had BBQ instead of pizza sauce. No Hawaiian meats maybe 3 pieces of pineapple. I called asked for pizza to be exchanged for the Hawaiian I wanted and was told ABSOLUTELY NOT I would have to reorder and pay again for a new pizza. Now I have a not pizza that is not what I ordered. I think I will go back to Marcos or Pizza Hut..."

"I don't know what's going on with this Papa John's right now, but the last two times we've ordered, one of our two pizzas has been completely the wrong pizza in the correctly marked box. Last time we called and they had already figured it out and said they would send a replacement. It came 90 minutes later and was cold and we called them around the one hour mark."
