Donatos Pizza,

"Had a pick up order for deluxe, thin pepperoni and a salad. The staff in the store seemed very pleasant unfortunately My family and I were seriously disappointed with the pizza. The pizza taste was no where near my previous experiences with donatos. Sadly i am throwing away half of the pizzas as none of my family will eat it past the first piece. If I had to describe it, the pizza tasted old."

"Absolutely the worst when it comes to delivery, last three orders the delivery is a hour after the “estimated delivery time” from order to delivery which is not even three miles it takes 2 hours! Apparently using door dash because they don’t have drivers. Good pizza but don’t order delivery."

"This how my pizza looked when I picked it… I also asked for light sauce and extra cheese cup which I did NOT get… also the excuse was they have a new driver!!!!"

"This was my first experience with this chain and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I love pizza and I have never not demolished even the most mediocre of pies. This was the exception; the sauce was too salty, the crust was soggy on the thin crust, the hand tossed was dripping with sauce, and the there were literally only 20 pepperonis on the each large pizza. My eight year old chose to make himself something to eat at home because he disliked the taste so much; let that sink in. To top it all off, it was overpriced. My wife ordered a salad and received a laughable portion."

"Fantastic!!! First time ordering. Food fresh and tasty! From the toppings to the sauce to the crust! The apple pie pizza is a nice desert option. If you’re ordering from a hotel, be prepared to go outside to receive your order. No biggie, just a little caught off guard as you see others delivering to the other hotel rooms."
