"Seems like a nice place. Jenny is nice but the strict rule about 11pm is hard for us parents. Most of us don’t even have a sitter until 9-10 PM lol. Two single ladies were trying to go tonight but wouldn’t make it there until 11:15 PMand that is not allowed. No exceptions. Just a bit of let down."

"Definitely miss the old location. Since the move, it has lost so much. The check-in guy is rarely friendly, just right there negativity begins, at the door. I was with two beautiful ladies last time, the tour person again not friendly and condescending. The place is ok, the atmosphere is not as sexy, the vibe is off, outside has nothing. The bar girls are always great, I could say more, but that is enough."

"Clean, safe and beautifully designed! If you're new or thinking about this club, it's designed for all people. There are areas for socializing, games, lounge areas, private (and public) rooms. Indoors and both outdoor areas are very secure, clean and really pretty! The entire staff is professional and polite and will make even the most shy person feel very safe. My wife and I came with friends not really having expectations of what we were in for, and we were both so surprised by how fun the night went by. Club Eros has clearly built a culture of respect and confidence in their guests. Sincerely I am so proud that Eros is a Cleveland spot! A hidden gem in our city.
