"Most reviews here seem to be not about this place, or from someody not qualified. Its been 5 years since I used flux core at all. And then it was .035 wire. When I was told this test would be .052 the gentleman in charge of the test instantly helped me with advice on travel speed and settings. My first day will be tomorrow so I have no reviews on day to day operations. But from a one time view or how it is run for an interview/weld test I couldnt have been happier or more please about starting off for a new company to maintain my own personal quality standards. Theres no point in hammering something out that isn't right. Cannot wait to boost my experience In this area with this employer."

"I went for a welding test interview. I was asked when I was starting the test if I had ever welded with flux core wire before which I answered no. So this type was completely new to me. I also stated that it had been almost 5 months since the last time I welded and must be a little rusty. I think I did okay on the horizontal welding then they wanted me to do a vertical uphill weld. I wasn't very good at that on only two tries. After the second try I was told "Sorry you need more practice" and shown the door. Having not welded in 5 months, using machines I have never used before all add up for a fail. I am sure that every one of the employees knew exactly how the welders reacted and perform the moment they picked them up for the first time an none of them had to learn the machines or welds."
