"Unbelievable!!!! I sat on the phone being the first caller in the cue or whatever the heck that is for almost ten minutes? Who are you talking to? And whoever answers the phone is very very rude!!!! Listen you take jobs and u work them. Is u don't like them and your no t goin to at least act like u do then get another job. Noon deserves to be treated with disrespect because you don't like your job. And if you SOUND that miserable why are u working there? I am in awe. I have bad days too but I am not so selfish that I take it out on customer. No. No. No. You should feel bad."

"I work for a company that has a lot of residents that have to use this service and not only are they late, always, but rude to their customers. I just heard and witnessed a phone call between a regular rider, who gives his work schedule a week in advance and still not even close to being on time. He was suppose to be at work at 2pm and had a scheduled pick up time of 1:30pm as per usual. He calls to ask what the problem is, and she tells him that she had just spoken with me, because I called as well, and told me to tell him that 'he was on the list and they will be their shortly' and then HUNG UP ON HIM! No courtesy call to say 'hey we are running behind', and no apology whatsoever. Do better for your community and the people that keep you employed."

"Bus drivers very kind! The bus company in of itself is all over the place with lack of communication to drivers and customers. I’ve scheduled rides several times and was specific about the time and they came too early or too late. It’s time for a new car lol"

"I am 68 years old and needed a ride to Hickman Hospital for a INR test .Lenawee Transportation refused to give me a ride because I didn’t have an account . I had the cash but no account . I thought the bus service was for everyone !"
