I'm still waiting almost 2hrs later. I had to reschedule my appointment. She could have told me when I called the first time that they were running over 2hrs behind and they only had 2 buses running. I would have walked! They need to start warning people who have appointments so we can either arrange something else or walk. This is ridiculous."
