"Until they can figure out how to swap their online web payments from merging with another bank (West End) I will rate them better. They have been merged for a month now and I live too far away for this to be a solution. Hopefully they can improve their online user's abilities with paying in another month. I must also say, that the guy that gave me the loan for my car was very rude, after the fact, over the phone when talking to him about the issues I was having."

"i have done business with West End Bank for several years. Everything from personal accounts to the loan on a vehicle. I am always amazed as to the simplicity of handling my accounts in the past. "West End Bank seemed like a good place when it came to a car loan. However after my car was totaled it took my insurance company a month to get what they needed from the bank and since my payment was due The bank said make a payment or we will give you a late fee.. they didnt want to wait for the insurance company to process the check after we waited a MONTH for them! Emily Kidd is one of there processors and you wont get much from her thats nice. Its all about money nothing about customer service!!!!!!!"
