"This company stole $500 from us! Do not use them!!!!! I put a hold on for a date and canceled before they even sent me the contract and they refused to refund, or exchange for another service. I NEVER EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT! But they said giving them my credit card was good enough of a contract. They avoided my calls and played so many games. I can't believe these people are in business! HORRIBLE PEOPLE, THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!"

"We had a great experience with BVIP from start to finish. The party bus was very cleans and exactly as advertised. Our driver Kathleen was great. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. She also went above and beyond, making sure our drinks were in the cooler and even bringing in our bags to the brewery when we asked where she was parked so we could come get them. If you value great customer service and experience, these folks are your people."
"We used BVIP for our wedding and were extremely happy with the party bus and service! From the first phone call made to book, the conversation/process was easy and fun. I really enjoyed all the team members I communicated with throughout this process. The bus was spacious, well maintained, and overall the bridal party had a fantastic time! The driver was amazing. Would recommend to others!"
"BVIP made everything easy to schedule and were very easy to work with. All plans were laid out ahead of time and there were no major issues with anything, I would definitely use them again. The driver did however try to say that after 3 return trips (around 11:15) that was it, while our itinerary clearly stated we had 4 return trips and had the shuttle until midnight. He wasn't too happy about it but still was willing to make the drive that one final time."
