"I worked with this company 3 years as a solo driver No force dispatch But I will suggest that anyone that’s coming on to Panther in a straight truck do not drive solo because you will put yourself in certain situations and you will struggle to get out of areas if you choose to take a load learn the load Borders so that you can pick and choose the right loads & Ares to go so that things can continue to be consistent for you Safety also Call me a few times When I was on home time just to do a random drug test and the would lie and say they see me showing available when I clearly had my truck out of service for home time I couldn't even have Peace without them calling to me all the time. If you like to be micromanaged then this is the company for you"

"Do you wanna know the real about Panther ? from a X driver for them They will call it, owner operator which basically means  You will rent a truck from Expediter That you will have to pay for You will have to pay for all your gas your pike tolls. Which will come out of your check Panther is only their broker who gets them jobs in which you the CDL driver Will be deducted for all the expenses  If they send you to jobs on the West Coast, you will be there three and four days on layovers Expediter whom handles all of the Maintenance also, the truck you will be renting. You are lucky if you make 800 a week you are truly Lucky after the deductions Honestly, working for them in my opinion It’s truly not worth it unless you on your own tractor trailer "

"I was a contractor from 2017-2019 Some of the workers in the office are messy! Someone I referred to this company, her husband (owner op) had to tell Matt (A Dispatcher) about his wife’s whereabouts when she NO LONGER work for and with him and in travel to tend to her son’s treatments which is non of you alls business. If someone can not work for a period of time they just can not work. FMLA! HIPPA LAWS! SHAME ON YOU! (Sounds familiar to another team 2017) This company does not follow Federal laws so record record record. Tell them you are recording them! Every encounter. In, out and around your truck and phone calls. They look for yes men so if you have a backbone, this company is not for you. If you are NOT a push over… go elsewhere. If you like to be micro managed as an owner op, this is the place for you! Safety need to learn that Federal Laws over rule what they think are good bylaws. I left here in 2019 and to hear, read and see the unprofessionalism bought back memories. They are playing with people by terminating and reinstating contracts because of gossip and hear say in the office. When the truth is on video and in black and white. This is an old game they play! BEWARE!"

"They're alright if you're just starting your trucking career, but not a Company you would want to stay with. You have to pay Taxes yourself at the end of the year, and search for your own Health, Dental and Life Insurance. Take my advice and stay as far as you can from this Company."

"On 10/17/22. He needs to be removed from the road. Very aggressive driving and uneducated. He didn't let me in at merge and kept braking on the high way on purpose. He even raised middle finger to me. How can he be un-mannered and aggressive towards other drivers while driving a company vehicle? He showed your company's value so well. Absolutely horrible drive manner. DO NOT hire potential ROAD KILLERS."
