"Would not buy glasses from sunglass hut again. 18 months and a film on the lenses was bubbling and peeling off. Tried utilize the 24 month warranty and was told that it was normal wear. The person making the decision was the regional manager who was not present in store and would not speak to me directly. I don’t know how you can make the determination on a warranty without seeing the glasses. I have gas station sunglasses which hold up better for 18 months. Reaching out to corporate."

"Absolute worst customer service. The lady(I think was the manager) after waiting 15 mins outside in the line told me they dont do repairs or a simple adjustment(takes 5 mins) on my Ray Ban Sunglasses because it was Black Friday (they wanted to sell more glasses then take care of existing customers). Note- it is their policy to do adjustments for free lifetime(no matter what) but she will not do it on Black Friday(Learned something new)."
