"I have had great experiences with Dano's. I decided to write a review after using them for my first time in over 15 years. Theresa, my driver was polite and professional. She drove well and had a clean car that smelled good. The fare was reasonable for a taxi and for the distance I was driven. She made good conversation but was attentive to the road. Took less than 15 minutes to get picked up in Batavia. The gentleman who took my call was very polite as well."

"I was late for my plane and stuck in East Fork State Park because Uber and Lyft had canceled my rides. Dano's went above and beyond and sent the owner to pick me up and take me to the airport. I made my flight. I could not be more grateful! Highly recommend!!"

"Was told it would be 45min. I said fine. Waited 50 to call back and make sure he was still coming. Tried to tell me he was already there and that I hit the bush button on him. Calling me a liar. Saying he's not stupid. Why would I wait that long for a cab standing here with groceries. So u professional. Would never recommend this cab service to anyone!!"

"I’m new to this area and needed a taxi. I called for a late, last minute, run in the rain. And the pick up had a service dog. A wet service dog. And bless his heart, he said he would come and do the pick up and we should have a towel for the dog. How amazingly adaptive for his customers. (We ended up calling and canceling.) Very nice interaction all around. Recommend!"
