"Imagine pulling out of the drive-thru to pick up an online order but discover one of your pizzas actually just being an empty box. Then imagine being ghosted after the complaint was lodged on Thanksgiving Eve and filling out the survey. Did management not get the message twice yet about the empty box in lieu of a paid-for cheese pizza in which I instead got an empty box on top of the meat lover pie? Or are the screwups frequent enough? I’m not some scammer peasant. I cut businesses off cold if I’m prompted."
"Door Dashers nightmare. They ignored me for 5 minutes then I finally told him the name on my DoorDash. The app said ready for pick up and I asked again after about ten minutes and the front counter troll creature said it was going to be 8 more minutes. Then he told me i was “not going to give him any lip service and i was going to wait” so i cussed him out and left. Total joke. Incompetent staff. Zero stars"
