"My wheelchair van broke down on a cold and rainy night and i didn’t know what to do, since i cant hop into any car. Luckly i found Airport Trasportation on a Google search. I'm sure am happy that they have a few handicap vans in their fleet. They dispatched and got me home faster then I expected."

"Unreliable, did not transport to medical appointment as needed. Did not communicate. Had to reschedule important appointment for a month later. Total disregard for medical needs. Poor example of company whose mission centers around people. Will NEVER, NEVER use them."

"Maybe this might make it on here last review came up missing.. waited over 2 hrs and was late for my appointment called 1st time said they were coming 2nd time said I called the wrong company! Finally showed up got me 2 my apt and was waiting called me 15min while I was in asking how long I was going to be!! Then driver listen 2 foreign music loud enough to hear over my headphones!! Plus drove crazy and fast topping 80mph on my tracking app!"

"I needed transportation for my non-verbal, wheelchair bound uncle to his church for his wife's funeral. The driver was able to pick him up from the nursing home and was very kind and courteous to him (I was on the phone with him at the time to approve with the nursing home). He arrived on time for drop off and pick up from the location. What more can you ask? This was the only highly rated company that answered the phone to schedule of the three I tried to contact. I would use them again."

"By far the BEST transportation company I've ever had the pleasure of riding with. Drivers are kind, patient and such careful drivers (which is important to me as I've just had major surgery on my left leg). Their vans are much nicer than any other I've seen. I cannot express how wonderful this company has been! No company can compare in their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I consider myself so lucky to have been assigned Airport Cab Transportation as my transportation company when I broke my leg and ankle in March. When I am healed and no longer need wheelchair accessible transportation, I will sincerely miss this company, and so I hope as soon as they are able, they will expand to non-wheelchair transportation, as well, so that I may continue to use their services even after my injuries have healed. I hope to never have to switch to another company after I'm out of my wheelchair."
