"Due to housing codes, we had to install a stainless steel pipe extension to our wood burning fireplace insert. We have had the insert since 1996 when we built the house. The gentlemen at Coalway were very helpful in explaining exactly what was needed and how they would install it. Since their price was half what someone else quoted us, we went with them. They did the install in a timely manner, covered all our hardwood floors, pulled the insert without damage, thoroughly cleaned everything when they were finished and we have been using the insert since. They also packed insulation around the pipe and our house has been so much warmer. Would highly recommend Coalway!"

"Did a bunch of research on new Smoker Grills and came across the GMG and found you guys as a dealer. A little farther but sounded like you had a great selection. Came over and was not disappointed. The help was out of this world and I have used this grill way more than I thought I would. Its been about a year and had a problem with the display. Called and they helped me with how to go about getting the warranty done. Parts are being shipped today and an actual person answered the phone on both ends.
