"We had a remodel on our home in Carrollton last year . The contractor bought 14k of windows and doors . The windows have severe grating metallic issues when attempting to lock them or unlock them. It's clear they will be damaged after a year or two as several already dont work. I called the owner and the contractor about this . The owner of Crowl stated he " just wanted this issue to go away " and after one year he certainly did make it go away by ignoring it. We have 14k un dysfunctional windows. This was a very poor experience.... I would not do business here . As a business owner I was surprised at how little they cared about the issue . All we got was lip service and excuses"
