"Unfortunately, I attempted to rectify a situation that occurred with this company. I order about 640 pickets and additional items for a fence. Just shy of 140 of those pickets arrived severely warped, the incorrect color, beyond cracked, etc. We notified them of the issue and that they should've been swapped. We only received 10 to replace. Granted, I had some issues with my contractor that I did make them aware of but upon making them aware of the pickets that need to be replaced and boards that were unusable, they reached out to my contractor (a buddy of a guy that works at CL) rather than reaching out to the customer that PAID for the products to confirm what was going to be swapped out. I was extremely patient in following up with them to point that I waited A WEEK. The guy tried claiming he would "need more time to follow-up." Clearly, gaslighting and wasting time. He ultimately told me they wouldn't cover the pickets, even under warranty, despite having timestamps and dated messages that were sent to them via email showing that they were notified of the unusable pickets but never came out in time to get them swapped. I got upset, rightfully so, after he told me it would be about an additional $250 to replace those, I said that's not acceptable given that I paid nearly $4k upfront and the lack of communication isn't on me. He hung up the phone. Absolutely, would NOT recommend."

If you're not sure who to work with this would be a great place to start and I don't think you'll even waste your time looking any further after you meet Tim and his team!"

"False advertisement. Went to buy glass block. Price said 40.00 told salesperson I wanted 2. He said that's a mistake. There 56.00. I was charged that because he felt he deserved a commission for looking up some special order windows for me. Their a bunch of shady salesman who must be under paid and bitter so they try and prey on the customers. I guess if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Bunch of hacks."
