"Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful counter staff. They quite prompt setting up the sale, and have reliable delivery drivers that get your product to you on schedule. The reason for 3 stars is the warehouse guys, if you're picking up materials yourself, you're going to wait 5-10 minutes before they even come by to grab your slip, and they've even had me go into the warehouse and grab the stuff myself rather than bringing it to the truck. This is the place to be if youve got nowhere to be and all day to get there."
"It's a Covid year. People are unemployed or getting paid and stay home. The people behind the counter are knowledgeable. The rookies are not afraid to defer to the vets that know parts and pieces that you need. Loading up your materials can be tough, especially on a Monday morning when you want to get loaded up and go. Expect fair pricing. Do not expect to get in and out like a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant. It is busy season in the summer and you will wait to get your materials if you don't call them in advance."
