"Was sent there for a warranty repair on my Makita tool. All it needed was a lever, they replaced the entire head. And took over a month, and that isn’t the bad part. The tool now doesn’t operate properly, constant stutter when in operation. Idk if they don’t know what they’re doing or they replaced the entire head to make more money, if they simply replaced the lever as it needed I wouldn’t be going thru this"
"I had a fantastic experience here. I had lost a piece on our drill bit assembly when I took it apart to remove a bit that was stuck. Other places were going to require us to buy the whole bit holder assembly rather than only the missing piece. Tri-County didn't, and fixed it quickly while I waited. I would absolutely recommend this business and will definitely go there for any future tool repair needs."
