"I just had a small job (Fireplace Hearth) so the owner didn't want to mess with me. Visited three times and was promised a quote three times but he never followed thru. I would go to some place reliable and honest."

"I had this place recommended to me so I went up to look and get a quote. I was promised a quote in two days. Two weeks went by and I had received nothing so I went back up to the showroom. There was no one there even though I went 3 hours before they closed. I called to figure out what was going on and got the owner. The owner then texted me and asked me for the drawing (which had already been provided) and then asked me who else had quoted the work. When I told him that his company was recommended to me after I had a few others quote it, he decided to pass. I’m all for his right as a business owner to refuse service to anyone but this whole experience was flat out horrible. I will be recommending my friends stay far away from this place until they can figure out how to provide a decent level of customer service."

"I have a hard time writing this review because Tony treated us so good. We picked out two marble slabs they had scratches in them and he said they would be fine and would be able to get them out. He held on to our slabs for nine months while our kitchen was getting finished. Which was really nice of him. When the countertops were installed they had significant scratches in the countertops. They tried to fix the scratches. Then you could see every spot they fixed. He sent other people out and worked on them. They fixed them a little better but can still see them. We decided to keep them because we had trouble finding a piece that long. I’m just warning people that have never been in this situation make sure there are no scratches in them when they buy them. There is a factory finish on them and once that is altered it is really hard to get that shine back. It may sound picky but this is our first and probably last new kitchen and the countertops were almost as much as the cabinets and wanted them to be nice and shiny without seeing dull spots. Tony is a nice guy and tried to do the right thing."

"Lots of granite, actually overflowing into the parking lot. Beautiful pieces of all sizes. However the man I spoke with was unwilling to negotiate, didn't consider any offer, didn't move on price even by $50. I left without anything."
