Toth's Healthy Home Store - Falls Vacuum

"It's not the same as when under previous ownership. Toth has commercialized it, and it just feels like any other retailer now. Hometown personal service is missing. Did buy a new vacuum there but had issues with not getting a receipt. When I called the main office to request one 2 weeks later because never sent as told it would be, I was told, "They're just not tech savvy in that store." REALLY? Poor excuse. Hire or train appropriately! Don't make the customer track things down a d do they're work!"

We ended up buying the entire Healthy Home Package including the Riccar Vacuum, The Safe Air Ultra, The Eco Washer, and even went back and purchased the Ultra 3 In 1 Infrared Heater combination product. Everything worked as promised. We would recommend The Toth Inventor Stores to everyone!"

"I took my Dyson in for a ‘tuneup’ and all the egotistic owner did was walk around talking about his made in china ‘inventions’. He said my Dyson wasn’t able to be fixed and tried to sell me on a new 1k vacuum,I took my Dyson to the other repair shop and it was fixed for less than $39 and a switch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying as far away from that place as possible. Zero stars."

"I stopped in over 3 weeks ago to get some parts for my sweepers, I was told by the lady working the owner wasn't in so I left a list of parts that I needed. She stated he would contact me later that day, he never contacted me. I reached out the following week and he stated he would look into it for me. I waiter another week and spoke with him again and he told me he ordered the parts and would contact me the next day. It has been over 3 weeks and the owner has done nothing, so I called again and this time he told me to bring the sweeper in so he could fix it. Truth be told, I don't believe the parts were ordered as I found out speaking with another employee. The new owner isn't interested in taking care of the community like the old owner Matt was. My wife told me every time she goes into the store to buy sweeper bags the new owner tells her our sweeper is junk and tries to sell her a new one. We are done trying to support this guy, I ordered my parts online and had them 2 days later."
