"This store is open from 7:AM to 9:PM. If you have an item to return don’t bring it back before 8 AM or after 8 PM or you may get treated like a little kid by staff and you will not be able to return your item. Not only do grocery stores overcharge us for food now days, but Giant Eagle grocery store hamstrings us when trying to return items it seems. More corporate rip off of the consumer. I was returning spoiled milk that I had just purchased. A review I read on Google reviews stated “this store needs to remove the words fresh foods”, I agree 100%."

"This is a store that I only enter when I know exactly what I want and intend to get it. They have hugely extensive choices for just about everything, although their pricing varies widely. Having an Advantage Card is a big plus, especially if you shop here often and one especially good feature is that you can look it up if you don't have the physical card with you. They have excellent deals on a lot of the things that I personally buy, but if it's something I get only occasionally, the sheer number of choices can get overwhelming. With that, like with any store, I go here for some things but not others. Also, some grocery items might be in two different places, although most things are in adjacent aisles if that's the case. But the staff are very friendly and helpful and ready and willing to answer questions or find an answer for you."

"Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill. Produce is poor quality at best. They had no red onions that were not rotten. They had a shelf tag for a digital coupon on the app, downloaded the app, doesn't come up. I take the product to the register and the cashier asks pretty rudely, "did you check the date on the tag???" I didn't, I dont work at giant eagle, nor manage their shelf tag system. They decided to not honor the price on the shelf because it was a MONTH past date. Really double check your receipts here. I will likely not be back."
