"As always I received excellent service on my last visit. I had a key made and, with my okay, she made sure it worked. Meanwhile Rae listened while I explained the other reason for my visit and, not only knew what I needed, she got it for me rather than directing me to an aisle. Each time I have been in there I deal with women who absolutely know their business. It wasn't until now that I learned it's a women owned business. Kudos to them and a special nod to Rae. Thanks for the help."

"Edit: They have relaxed the policy that didn't make any sense. I called around and they had the best price. I only brought one tank with me because I figured they wouldn't let me fill two, but when I asked they said it would have been fine. Glad to see positive changes, especially since this is the propane place closest to my house. I also weighed the tank pre/post fill and found they do the same thing as Embers and let the weight of the hose account for part of the fill weight. The tank went from 17.4# to 36.2# meaning I only got 18.8#, not 20# as expected. I doubt they have any incentive to do it right though, because most people will never know they're getting shorted. Updated to 5 stars anyway for the positive changes. Hopefully they will make this last change and then let people know that the lowest price isn't all you need to look at. PEOPLE: BRING A LUGGAGE SCALE WHEN YOU BUY PROPANE Good prices, friendly staff, confusing business practices. I went there to fill 3 propane tanks with an online-printable coupon for $5 off $30 purchase/ $2 off propane refills. I wanted fill all three for $7 off. They said one or the other, so I only filled two. They could have made another sale on the spot for $2 off, but instead now they'll have to wait several weeks to fill it for $2.50 off when I have a second empty tank, or lose the sale all together if another place has a better price. (I ended up finding a better deal at Embers when it was time to refill.)"

"Stopped here as I was nearby and needed parts to repair a leaky valve in my laundry room. The staff was very helpful and as I had the old part with me they made sure that the new one matched up perfectly. They had a large selection and the price was not bad."

"Nice helpful staff at this hardware store. They also have a very large selection of fasteners that you dont find at other stores. They also carry quality still products! They have a little bit of everything. I highly recommend them."
