"People here are great guys and easy to talk to. Had a brake job done two months ago here and I had a noise start happening around my tire area. Went to another place during an oil change and they said my caliber needed lubed and wanted $100. Said nope and called up Pierces. They said we don't want to guess and to bring it in first thing in the morning to have us look at it. Brought it in next day and turns out the caliber didn't need lubed, but the rotor warped that they put in during driving. They replaced the rotors and pads for no charge. They handled the situation perfectly and definitely will recommend and be back for their level of service."
