Dan Robinson was the employee that assisted me with my computer issues and repair. The level of professionalism that was displayed was very impressive and very much appreciated. I was contacted and notified of both progress reports regarding the status of my repair, updates and confirmation of problem sources with specific information on what repairs were performed, as well as suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality of my PC components if requested. My PC was repaired in less than 48 hours and, as I am currently typing this review from it, has been running exceptionally well. I highly recommend this company to any individual with PC related issues and I would recommend Dan to resolve any of these issues as well. Easy 5 stars."

"Almost perfect. They did a great job saving my gaming PC from overheating hell by installing a new heat sync. They even took my old water cooler heat sync and used the fans to add to my computer for extra air flow which was greatly appreciated. The only blemishes in their service was they gave my PC back to me with the power switched on, which I feel is a real rookie mistake for any tech person. This implies they unplugged my PC with the power switched on which can do some serious damage to one's power supply. The only other flaw is they told me over the phone it would only be 75 dollars, but in person they made an excuse to add another 50 dollars to the cost. All in all, it was a decent experience. I do think 75 dollars an hour is a LOT for labor though."

"While searching a paticular product I bought the product but after studying this product and what it would be going into I found out that the product would not solve the project that it is intended to go into. Their was no product defect in any way, it is just a specific project that will not work due 2 the projects age. Product was returned with no problems at all and product never was used in my project due to rareity/age of my classic project. (Antique)"
