"We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathtub that was coming into our kitchen. It was a Sunday evening and they had somebody there within a half hour. He was able to repair it quickly and minimize damage to the first floor ceiling. Definitely paid a “Sunday Night” price but it was worth it. Would’ve cost a lot more in the long run."
"We had a severe plumbing issue which threatened to shut down our facility on a holiday weekend that we anticipated having over 500 people through our doors. We called several companies late on Friday night and but with H Jacks, we spoke to a real person (vs leaving) a message and had a technician onsite within 45 minutes. The problem required additional larger equipment and we were scheduled for a 9am slot on Saturday. The technicians were on-site at 9:03am with the power jet equipment and quickly resolved our blocked sewer system and had us back in business. Very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Would use again if ever needed. Highly recommend."
"My water shutoff valve rusted and snapped off the pipe, leading to my toilet. Water was everywhere, and we only had one shutoff to the whole house. After trying to fix the problem myself, I had to call someone. The lady said they'd be there in 90 minutes. Someone was there in 10! On a holiday weekend. Both individuals who arrived were super kind, clean, and conscientious of our home. They took care of everything in a very quick and professional manner. The overall cost was extremely affordable especially for an emergency on a holiday weekend. Incredible service. We were blown away. I highly recommend H. Jack's."
"10/3/23: I just wanted to edit this review to say that I received a call and email almost immediately after posting this review from a Jack's employee, Ben, looking to resolve the issue. He and I were able to get things worked out on the phone, and he was very helpful and patient! Jack's is quickly moving to dispatch another team to my home to get the maintenance done ASAP. I appreciate their outreach. I reached out to this company on their website requesting to set up an appointment for furnace maintenance and didn't ever receive a response. Tried again a month later and a week later received a response that I needed to call to make an appointment. Not sure what purpose the online appointment requests serve, but that was not the end of my less than stellar time with Jack's. I knew that my furnace was getting on in age and that a replacement was inevitable, but I was hoping to get some routine cleaning done in time for the beginning of the cold season while I reviewed my options and made a decision. A little less than a week ago I had my appointment and the gentleman that came out was very nice and professional. However he started the appointment by saying I needed a replacement (of which I was well aware), and spent the entire two hour visit trying to sell me and my husband a new furnace and air conditioner, even offering to begin tearing out our furnace that day! His enthusiasm was off putting, despite his repeated insistence that he "wasn't a salesman" and was only telling us what he would do in our place. Both I and my husband for this visit had to return to work, but were kept after we mentioned that we needed to leave because he continued to try get us to sign off on a new install that day. No actual maintenance took place, and I was charged $135 to be told something I already knew."
