"Terrible, terrible, terrible. Got my sole fixed but it started coming apart after a couple of wears. My wife went to the store to get help and asked for a fix or refund. They guy started yelling at her, accusing her of theft and getting into her safe zone by getting in her face. She felt compelled to call Police. She called me at work crying. Besides bad business practice, this store also does not stand by it's promise to customers that you pay for. My shoes were not fixed properly. It's not a big deal but don't yell, accuse of theft and threaten my wife. Stay away!"

"I was in town for less than a week and Andy was very accommodating, able to repair my boots on short notice! They were Timberlands that had seen a lot of wear and tear and had inner zippers that had both broken. They were able to replace them with heavy-duty metal zippers, and they also cleaned/waxed my boots--I should have taken before and after pictures, they went there totally scuffed and scratched and came back looking brand new!"
