"I'm so late with this review, but we had a fantastic experience with Shagovac Heating and cooling. They serviced our furnace several times but it was getting old and on its last legs. When the furnace finally gave out, we called Shagovac. They assessed the situation and within two days delivered and installed a new furnace and air conditioner. We had forgotten to ask about an Aprilaire so the installer contacted Hugh, the owner, and Hugh promptly delivered the unit himself. Everything has been working beautifully. We also purchased a maintenance contract and they call us promptly every 6 months to arrange an inspection. Service and personnel are exemplary. We highly recommend Shagovac. Kudos to a company who is service oriented, courteous, and highly skilled ."
