"Had our water supply line develop a leak. After digging it out, it appeared that the leak had been going for some time. Called them up, and they were able to come out and repair it that day. This was short notice, but they were more than happy to get the work done. The cost was extremely fair too. I strongly recommend them. A simple pointer, if you suspect a leak, try to locate it as precisely as possible, even if that means doing some digging. It makes the repairs go fast and reduces the cost of labor."

"Extremely unprofessional, and outrageously priced. They did a disconnect and reconnect on my ac unit for a waterproofing job. After the reconnect my ac was not turning on, so I called them and they said someone would come out. They showed up and wanted to look at the thermostat first which was working fine prior to the disconnect/reconnect. They hooked up equipment to the thermastat, gave it a jump start, ac came on. The tech said I needed a new thermostat so I said I would get one, thanked them and they left. Then I get a bill for $250. Yes, $250. When companies the same amount of distance away charge 85 and 95 for diagnostics. I called the company 5 times to discuss the rate they neglected to tell me prior to sending someone out and no one has returned my call. I've called once a week and still nothing. That's crazy. I just wanted to discuss it. It's sad because I already gave them hundreds for the disconnect/reconnect. I wouldn't have called them back if I knew it would be 250 to tell me it supposedly wasn't anything they did during disconnect and reconnect. They also needed to add freon which shouldn't ever need added unless a leak or something but they didn't even tell me why or look into it. That alone was 95. There are so many other companies that do quality work with fair rates. Go with them not this company!"

"Friendly, helpful people. I'm a DIY'er. I needed help on a compression gasket (3in cast iron waste pipe). Cheap part. The DIY box stores did not have the correct part and also had no help for my problem. These people looked at some pics I brought in and took the measurement I had and 5min later ordered the part. Two days, only because I came in so late. They called to notify me when it came in. Their part worked perfectly. I just thought the fact that they would be so helpful for a $10.00 part was awesome."
