"We used to love traveling with pioneer trails but our last experience was terrible. We deoarted from Mary Yoders in Middlefield on Feb 1st and the windows on the bus were so coated in dirt and salt from the roads we couldnt even see outside I felt so bad for my young son who was trying to look at scenery but literally could see nothing through all the dirt. We assumed they would clean the windows when we got to their mount hope garage but no we headed straight to FL not being able to see anything outside. Everyone around us on the bus was complaining about it. On top of that the drivers were all grouchy and had bad attitudes. On the way home we stopped for an unscheduled stop they didn't bother tell anyone on the bus what was going on everyone was confused we ended up going into the gas station but noone knew what time we had to be back on the bus. We got back on the bus and my husband realized the cooler in the back was completely empty and we were only in Georgia and it was hot so he decided to go back in and get 2 big jugs of water to fill it up when he got back to the bus the driver yelled at him and said you KNEW when you were supposed to be out here! Umm no he didnt know because YOU failed to do your job...twice. The last thing that happened was when we got to Wooster they unloaded all our stuff (without telling us) into a shuttle bus but didnt tell us it was our stop...yet again!! So there we were headed to mount hope and our stuff was headed to Middlefield! We ended up standing in the freezing cold with our 1 year old son until the shuttle came back to get us. The bottom line is PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR GRUMPY LAZY DRIVERS. Perhaps you should hire people who actually enjoy their jobs and want to DO their jobs."
