"Cook plumbing has done several jobs for us in the past and were good. The last 2 times I called about 2 different issues, they said they'd call right back and never did. I made a follow up call the next day and left VM. Nothing. My neighbor gave me his plumber's number, Elite, so I called them and they came out the same day I called. I even called Cook again to ask why they never got back to me and they don't answer. I would've liked to use them again, but I need reliability, or at least a straight answer. Just tell me you can't do the job. Don't leave me hanging."
"I found this company on Nextdoor and decided to give them a try since I needed some emergency plumbing. I called BOB, and he assured me that someone would come out and look at my problem. The next day he showed up, gave me an estimate. We agreed to the estimate. Three days went by with me calling him every day and promising me. Someone would be there that day. Finally, I just gave up and never called them back and he never called and explained why he never showed up. Maybe my money was not green enough"

"Excellent service! A damaged shower faucet control in a second floor bath was at risk of leaking inside a wall. Cook Plumbing, (Bob) treated the situation an emergency repair and was on site the day after I called. He assessed the damage problem, removed old parts, installed only the necessary new parts needed to correct the problem, thus avoiding considerable expense of having to do a very costly installation of an entirely new faucet control assembly behind the shower wall. The cost for the service call, parts and repair labor was very reasonable, much less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Cook Plumbing to anyone with home plumbing problems... absolutely great!"
