He gave me multiple options for repair, costs for each option. Serviceman came next day after getting part, installed, and all is well. Great service, appreciated that Tom listened to me. "The kindness and knowledge of ARC’s technicians have made us regular customers. However, we will no longer be giving them our business due to the unresponsiveness of their office staff. It has taken multiple follow ups with them to be given a service date and they were no shows when the service date arrived. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional in following up, we have been hung up on and cut off multiple times. Disappointed to say we will no longer be a regular customer."
