The problem was a pin the carburetor sticking. I was told the problem would reoccur and I need a new $130 carburetor, which was not replaced. My charge $5 parts, $130 labor, to diagnose what he diagnosed over the phone! Get a maximum for diagnosis BEFORE you leave your mower."
