"Shout out to Morgan, who was on time, professional, upfront about what I was dealing with. Dumped the fridge but Morgan was back the next day, on time, professional and fixed the oven. Probably a tad pricey since I now know what the actual part cost, but for convenience, almost immediate service, and they deserve to get paid for work they do, they were spot-on and I would definitely use them again. Thanks AAR."

"Answered and returned calls very timely. Tech was on time for repair. Freezer sounded like a sewing machine and had large amount of ice in the bottom of the fridge. Morgan ..tech..said it needed a defrost thermostat costing 485.00 with labor. Price for the part online was 25.99. I agreed to the repair. Morgan returned in 48 hours with the part I guess and was out of the kitchen in minutes. Extremely fast to replace a part. And replace the cover with multiple screws.I plugged it back up and left for Fla the next am. Returned in 6 weeks ..fridge sounded like a sewing machine and large amount of ice in the bottom. Nothing changed..I was in the warranty window so I called. Morgan came back out with a huge attitude. He was very argumentive and would not allow me to speak. He kept insisting I should have called earlier. I explained I was out of town AND IT DID NOT MATTER I was in my warranty window. He said it needed another part...again it's doing the same thing as before. I am not sure there was a part put on in the beginning but I will give the benefit of doubt. It got very uncomfortable and his continually speaking over me and walking his eyes up as I ask to speak and continuallykept repeating i should have called earlier..I told him to leave. I would never use this company again. I have never had a repair person speak to me in such tone and disrespect. My fridge still is frozen as previously and its gotten louder. I understand parts and larbor..but 485.00 for a 25.00 part is unacceptable. Beware."

"We were told by one repair company there was nothing they could do to make our built-in, sub-zero type refrigerator/freezer work again. They said we would be looking at spending $12,000.00 to be able to find something similar to what we have but it would not fit in our built-in space. Needless to say we were sick about this! Brian came and reviewed what needed to be repaired. We gave him authority to do whatever he felt needed to be done. He said he would be back in a certain day and time, and sure enough he was right on time! So polite! So diligent with his work ethic! So understanding to our needs! We will never call another appliance repair company again unless it is All-Pro Appliance Repair! We can’t sing Brian’s praises enough! He has restored our belief in honest repair people!"
