"I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul from the associate Alan. It started off as a great experience. Bought it as a gift for myself for my 35th birthday. After about a month the car started to have issues. Oil would run low to empty, so I immediately contacted the dealership and they referred me to their service department. After their service department could not fix I was referred to Kia directly. After months of tests I need a new engine. I have tried to reach out to Hirlinger directly to resolve the issue- they sold me a bad car and got me for over 8k and will do nothing to fix the situation. They will not work with you and basically will tell you “tough”. Buyer beware- save your money, your time, and your sanity, and do not go here. Terrible service, product, and people.
