"So I called on a Saturday mid-morning to request a tech. By 330pm there was a tech at my house. Caleb was the one who was sent and he was very thorough and helpful. My furnace was 15-20 years old and he told me what was wrong with and gave his recommendations. Also while here, gave me recommendations on who to call for washer repair or videos to watch if I wanted to try and fix my washer myself (it had flooded my bathroom that morning and I still had somewhat of a mess from it). Appointment was scheduled for a new furnace installation for Tuesday (today) at 9am. The techs that came today my Mom said we're very polite and respectful. I was at work so I myself did not have any interaction with them. However, my new furnace and thermostat were installed and there was no mess left. I definitely 100% recommend Bentley's to anyone!"
