"I was on my way from Michigan to Florida to visit my dad. My 2012 equinox broke down and this was the closest Chevrolet repair shop. Explained I was stranded and needed my vehicle fixed. They understood my predicament and helped me right away. Some fuel injection thingy went bad and made my motor quit running. After they diagnosed the issue, they showed me the issue in the repair bay and did what they could to keep the repairs as affordable as they could. At no time did I feel like I was taken advantage of due to being from out of town and stranded. I was treated with respect and shown the problems first hand and was explained my options clearly. My experience with this shop was excellent and I would recommend them. My thanks to the service team."

"Employees are polite and friendly. Waiting area is clean and provides complementary bottles of water, cans of soda, and coffee. The restroom was clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the service was slow- my oil change took well over an hour. The nice thing is the employee checking me in for the appointment was very up-front about them being short staffed, so I knew what the expect."
