"Called at 5:19pm. Spoke to the dispatch person. She gave me an eta within the hour. At 5:45pm a gentleman showed up to camera my main line. He stated he would be back when the technician would arrive. Dispatch called and stated they were running a little behind. I called at 7:08pm to see when the technician might arrive, and was put on hold(while on hold for 12 minutes) there was a knock at the door. This was a water damage assessor- mind you I told the person on original call we had no water damage. They left, and I called dispatch again, the person stated that they had dispatched the driver at 7:08pm. I asked what would be their estimated time of arrival- she stated I would have to talk to dispatch. I was transferred back to the same person who put me on hold. He wanted to argue with me that he had told me they were 30 minutes out. The plumber finally showed up at 7:45pm. Told me that it was a main clog and would be $528.00 to clear the line. I have had this done before, a 3/4 hour job from start to finish. I was very frustrated and asked them to leave- and statement "them" for the gentleman that came earlier and did the camera was here, and another tech as well. I now know why the price was $528.00."
