"Couldn't have asked for better service. My snowblower needed a tune up and pull cord repaired. I dropped off at 8:00am on my way to work, I got a call by 4:00pm that it was ready to pick up. The price was reasonable and fair! I wish I had gotten names, but the three people I encountered were all helpful and courteous. I've already recommended Arko to my mother and 2 coworkers. "Had work done on my snowblower. The mechanics do great work. The woman at the front desk is horribly unhelpful, unfriendly, and will not go an extra inch to help a customer. I needed an air filter for an air compressor. It’s a standard 3 x 1 1/2“ filter. I figured they would have something. I had just been to NAPA and the guy there was very helpful. He took 10 minutes trying to find me a filter to fit. The woman behind the counter at Arko couldn’t have been more disinterested. She asked me if I had a model number for the compressor. I gave her the model number and she said that wasn’t good enough. This is not the first time she’s acted uppity and arrogant. So before the owner replies and tells me to go somewhere else, don’t bother. I will be finding another shop to do my repairs for my mower and snowblower"

"Called this company about changing head gaskets because lawn mower would't start and was blowing oil. They charged me $80.00 to pressure wash the mower(which I cleaned before they picked it up) and $65.00 for pickup and deliver. Now mower won't start probably because the head gaskets were not replaced and battery is dead. Be careful people I got ripped off."
