When I discovered my cat was stuck in a wall (Yes, you read that right!) in the wee hours of the morning, John was "Johnny on the spot" to arrive with expert advice on how to safely rescue her from the wall with the least amount of stress. My cat, Macy, was one happy camper when she spotted the hole he chiseled in the wall. She emerged and paused near him as if to say "thank you" and was on her way, unscathed.
