"I would give a zero star if I could. I got my daughter's nails done here and first they told me over the phone $60 for a full gel set but one they were done they charged me $165. Though I don't appreciate the bait and switch that is not the biggest issue. Within 2 days their nails started breaking off! I have never seen anything like it!! Within a week they were both missing at least 5 nails! We came in to show them and the quy accused me of lying and said it had to have been at least 3 weeks! I showed him the receipt showing it had been only 7 Days so he agreed to fix one of hutheirs but not the other. For the daughter he agreed to fix and only because i begged since she has homecoming He refused to work on her other nails so that everything would be even. Her nails grow fast so it is clear that they were done at different times. He wanted to charge me 50 bucks to fix the other nails. He kept saying she was a kid and must play sports. I explained firstly she is 18 and secondly does not play sport, they broke doing regular life things...one broke grabbing toilet paper! He literally told me no I was wrong...like what?! Then he was so rough with her when fixing the nails...even nicking her at one point. These were for homecoming...nothing crazy just black gel polish. We will never return and I recommend going somewhere else if you want nails that last longer than a few days!"
