"It was the most unprofessional service I have ever received. After I left the shop, my fingers were dreadfully in pain for two and a half weeks. I will never go back again. She was unprofessional and was yelling at me because I was calmly and respectfully complaining about the issues I had at my previous visit. I DO NOT recommend this location."

"Rude rude rude! I’m going agree with previous comment..she absolutely picks and chooses (people of color not treated or serviced appropriately)! Horrible products and equipment. Gel polish not cured properly..created bubbles and then peeling. Returned to allow corrections and nails STILL not right. Please support another salon…this salon is not worthy of our hard earned money"

"I’ve been coming to Tracy for 2-3 years now and she always does a good job. We always have great conversations and she always does my nails just how I like them. I only get dip but my natural nails stay long because Tracy does them well. I get asked all the time if I have acrylic. Tracy isn’t rude at all but some of the people that come in are definitely rude…I’ve witnessed it first hand. Don’t listen to the bad reviews."
