"I’ve been going here for years for eyebrow threading and eyebrow threading only. When I went in to get my brows done before vacation I noticed they do bikini waxes. I’ve never done this here before. I could the chance so I didn’t have to go to my usual spot. Immediately she (idk what her name is) and another person, who I guess was shadowing?, start. She waxed twice when I noticed she was giving me a full Brazilian. I told her no no no I want a BIKINI wax and she didn’t seem to understand. So I said multiple times JUST the bikini line..a bikini wax. The person shadowing also didn’t wear gloves while she was assisting. I left with half of my hair gone and the wax job was horrible. She blamed it on my shaving, but I hadn’t shaved in over a month so I know it wasn’t because the hair was too short. On top of all that she left wax all over my skin. I highly suggest NOT getting any type of waxing done here and I will also be getting my brows threaded elsewhere as well."
