"We discovered Miami Valley Home Services from a recommendation by our HOA and they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They demonstrated very responsive and transparent communication throughout our projects. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were very high quality and we could tell that they really cared about doing things right. Any time an unexpected issue came up, they always worked with us closely to figure out solutions and honored all of their commitments. We were also impressed when they spent extra time cleaning up the work site midway through a project because we had family visiting over a weekend. They really want to make customers happy and it showed on many occasions. We hired them for 3 different projects including: 1.) Rebuilding a mailbox that was falling apart. 2.) Redesigning an exterior staircase that was unsafe into a much nicer platform with stairs and railing. 3.) Redesigning a 2-tier pergola that was severely warped due to lack of maintenance and poor original design. We highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again for future jobs when the need arises."
