"I am very happy that I decided to give Darrell at T & D Automotive a try! My starter died in my Ram 1500. The shop down the road from me, also independent but a larger shop, wanted ~$250 more than what T & D quoted me. I was impressed by the reviews for T & D, and had a good gut feeling about it, so I gave him a shot, and I'm really glad I did. I think I've found my new mechanic of choice from now on! Not only does Darrell clearly know his stuff, but he's honest, ungreedy, and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I had my truck towed to his shop, and it was ready to go later that day (about 4.5 hours turnaround time, and that includes him waiting for his parts vendor to deliver the replacement part to his shop).
