"They are very polite and will do honest work. I our new, but used SUV in to check drain from sunroof, as it was leaking, and they could only blow out the drivers side. They stopped when getting resistance on passenger side. They recommended I go to a body shop. I did and the body shop found a mouse, dead of course, blocking tube because he had chewed through it. Thank you for being honest and stopping not forcing the process!!! I will go here first for everything!!"
