"Really great to have a person that cares....NYPD called me after this review to apologize. And, while I won't accept $, I did accept the apology. Thank you. 1st the food is really good...5... I ordered pick-up in ~20min because delivery would have been like ~40min. 3 men busting tail cooking, 1 young girl answering phones and taking money...and another older woman standing around watching. Now I'm not one to tell people what to do, but I watched my 2 pizzas and parm bites sit on a table...not under warming lights... for 15min after I paid. I shouldn't have to ask. Someone should have been asking. I had to ask twice- what are we waiting on?... I saw the delivery driver come and go. Not sure what happened to an extra 5min for adding a cookie... but I won't order pick up again. Delivery is faster. And, delivery would have saved my rising level of frustration by having to witness a woman stand around doing nothing to help expedite my order...until I asked."
