Stephanie took that cash and now I have to suffer????? I should have gotten the damn receipt!! "Was good place to help Pay your rent On. Section 8 But since Covid 19 I don't get a phone call or anything in knowing what is going on with 2021. It's a yearly process to get your paperwork in on time and haven't heard anything from anyone when is mine . I called and get an answer machine to the case manager and I ask for her to call me and I have called 3 times , and I don't get a return call All I want to know is Why she hasn't sent me anything. In updating every thing ."
"the asset manager of my local offices are next to impossible to get ahold of. the never take my calls and at this point its downright frustrating. but the recertification specialist is very helpful in assessment whenever you need her help. very mixed bag, mildly frustrating workarounds, but some of the people are good."
