"Horrible staff they kicked us out as we had visitors out of town coming into our room to get dresses to go swimming . Room was dirty with beer bottle caps . Wrost ihg hotel I've been too . Will not be back"

"Heading from FL to Michigan. Staybridge is Always our Hotel of choice. Big thanks to “Bree” this 4am. My wife and I like making our own brew of coffee but forgot filters and a razor. I asked if she had any available. She stopped what she was doing and said “let me see what I can do”. That’s all you can ask for when in need of simple Pleasures. Thanks Bree! You made a long drive fade away with a kind gesture and earnest client appreciation! Nice motel, easy access, clean, and predictable as always. The staff is the what makes it work."

"Rooms were clean, but there were little things off like the refrigerator missing a foot and rocking when you opened it. Was nice having washers and dryers available for free to guests (soap not included)."

"Front desk supervisor is very rude. I canceled my reservation and went to stay elsewhere. I will never stay at this location again. I am diamond elite with IHG. I stay in hotels 4 to 5 nights a week so I completely understand the check in process. Staybridge should be embarrassed to have such a rude/unprofessional individual supervising operations. I stayed at this location 40 plus nights in 2022 with ZERO incidents. Great rooms and environment. Nice pool and hot tub. Extremely poor people skills. I recommended driving a couple miles up the road and staying at the Holiday Inn Akron airport"
