"They could really take the time to call clients and personally speak with them. Had one "Agent" who demanded I text after trying to call after last minute cancelation. Who does business like that?!? Especially when they've paid application fees. Customers expect to feel like Customers, these people didn't seem to want to sell me anything. After numerous email cancelations (each time just cold cancelation, no follow up call) I just gave up and went with someone else. Who took the time to answer the phone, call me back and talk to me.. ya know like a paying customer"

"I highly discourage anyone from ever signing a lease with icon property management. They have never taken anything seriously from the moment I moved in. The owner of the house has NEVER answered a call or text from me in the whole year I lived at their property. Maintenance is a joke. I put in a request for someone to come out and fix something on June 14th. They just cancelled the request. I requested three more times and called and texted maintenance (they said they would have someone come out) and now 7 months later STILL nobody has come out. Me, and the two tenets below me have all had problems with cockroaches while living in the house. The amount of times I have called the leasing office and been sent to voicemail - never receiving a call back is ridiculous. They have only started being helpful as I am unable to live there any longer and am moving out. I hope anyone who reads this reconsiders signing with Icon Property Managment."
