"Don’t do it place scams, says they renovate lies paint over and make look new money being put in is paint that’s all place smells bad and they have no cameras and allow theft and maintenance will lie say they fix things and don’t place is an eye sore and will scam you out of your hard earned money!! Ian, The bald headed maintenance guy and Michal should all be investigated for fraud this place should be reported to better busiensss bureau and the health department of summit county!!!! they allow criminals and people not on the lease as well!! Beware"

"I’m not really sure why there are so many one and two star reviews for this place. Sure, things need updated and repaired here and there, but maintenance is very prompt to respond to issues, often the same day or next day. Grounds are maintained and the parking lot is nice & smooth. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful and will help you with anything you need. Ian and Cheyenne have been extremely helpful when issues arise. I also love the package room because then my Amazon packages won’t sit outside my door, but instead they’re in a secure location."

"The area and grounds are nice. They've updated a lot and it looks great. Loved my apartment for several years. The office staff and maintenance are really nice and try to make it nice for everyone, including having regular events in the clubhouse. Pets are welcome and have plenty of walk area around nature. It would be better if there were beach access."

"Affordable and can’t complain really, plenty of parking and I like the secure package room—- you get a text to your phone when it arrives and it’s placed in a locker. Michelle is wonderful and I hope she gets a raise for her hard work! Walls are thin, can definitely hear conversations outside the home. Keys also get stuck coming into the door sometimes. Maintenance could use some work, possibly understaffed and have to do multiple jobs in one. Grateful they put on shoe covers before entering my home since I don’t like any shoes on when entering and they respect that. Close to shopping and quiet, I always feel pretty safe. If I could make this place better I would: make sure the hallways smell better(they smell like garbage frequently), get new washing and drying machines. (They work sometimes but I don’t feel like my clothes are clean and you do have to dry them about 4 times) And get outdoor cameras— there are only cameras outside the leasing office and at some points in the buildings. Otherwise, get on the waitlist because they rent FAST! Worth the price you pay & you get what you pay for for the most part."

"I'm a current resident of Waters edge and I love it here. The office staff is very helpful and professional. I love the Lake view from my living room and the pool. My son is very fond of the fitness room too. They are always having special events for children and adults as well. I am very surprised at how peaceful and quite it is here. I have and will continue to recommend Waters edge to anyone looking for a place to live."
